Tubing incorrectly positioned in the RBC line valve
Dirty RBC detector
Reprime selected after blood entered the disposable tubing set

To remove the warning message and display the inlet:AC Ratio configuration screen, press CLEAR.

To continue to use the configured inlet:AC ratio, press ENTER.
– or –
Change the configured inlet:AC ratio, then press ENTER.
Ensure the tubing is placed correctly in the RBC line valve (pressed firmly in the bottom).
Clean the sensor. See "Cleaning the sensors" on page 10-2.
Stop the procedure and disconnect the donor/patient.
Procedure can continue. The system uses time-out backup to close the waste divert valve and open the
return line valve.
Verify this action. If it does not take place, manually close the waste divert valve and open the return line
valve.

Action
To override the warning for 60 seconds, press CLEAR.
This warning occurs only during Prime mode when RBCs have been
detected at the wrong time.
