1. Park machine on a level surface, lower cutting decks fully, disengage PTO
and stop engine. Remove key from key switch.
2. Open hood to gain access to gear pump. Remove side shrouds for improved
overhead access to pump if desired (see
7–47)).
3. Remove drain plug from the hydraulic reservoir and drain reservoir into
a suitable container.
