The steering circuit relief valve pressure test should be performed to make sure
that the steering circuit relief pressure is correct.
Prevent personal injury and/or damage to equipment. Read all
WARNINGS, CAUTIONS and Precautions for Hydraulic Testing at the
beginning of this section.
1. Make sure hydraulic oil is at normal operating temperature (54 to 66 ºC (130
to 150 ºF)) by operating the machine for approximately ten (10) minutes.
2. Park machine on a level surface, lower cutting decks fully, disengage PTO,
engage parking brake and stop engine. Remove key from key switch.
3. Make sure the hydraulic tank is full.
4. Raise hood to allow access to steering/deck lift manifold that is secured to
right side frame rail.
