1. Park machine on a level surface, lower cutting decks, stop engine and
remove key from the key switch.
2. Remove cotter pin and slotted hex nut (item 9) from joint yoke shaft. Remove
hardened washer and thrust washers (if equipped) from joint yoke shaft.
