Connect to the desired instrument configuration.

In the System Configuration area,
select the configuration from the
drop-down menu.

Click the Connect Config button
to initialize the instrument.

Activate the excitation and emission
monochromators' checkboxes.

Activate the detector checkbox(es)
and switch on high voltage if
necessary, in the Detectors
area.

If desired, in the Ratios area,
activate the ratio S/R checkbox to obtain cor-
rected output.

In the Time area, choose
various wavelength-groups
and integration time.

For multiple integration times, use the
Time / Accessories tab to add multiple
time intervals.

Choose the wavelength pair or multiple
wavelength sets in the Monos /
Detectors tab.

Select the accessories, looping, and delays.
