Notes on excitation and emission calibration
HORIBA Scientific recommends monitoring the number of hours of xenon-lamp
use.
Additionally, you may want to record the water-Raman intensity daily or weekly.
The lamp is rated for 1200–1500 h, but if the Raman intensity starts to drop, you
may wish to change the lamp sooner.
