Using correction-factor files

To use the newly acquired xcorrect and mcorrect files, you must tell
FluorEssence™ to use them when the Correction checkbox is activated in the Experi-
ment Setup window.

In the
FluorEssence
toolbar, choose
Collect.
A drop-down menu ap-
pears.

Choose Ad-
vanced Setup.
A sub-menu appears.

Click System Configuration.
If the system has not been initialized, choose the instrument, and let the system
initialize. Then redo steps 1–3. The System Configuration window appears.
