MicroMax 384 Microwell Plate Reader

The MicroMax 384 Microwell Titer-Plate Reader allows multiple samples to be
scanned in one experiment. The MicroMax 384 is controlled through the
FluorEssence™ software via a serial port to the host computer. The titer plate moves
beneath a stationary optical beam, and fluorescence measurements are collected with
top-reading geometry. Thus, any titer plates—even disposable ones—may be used. Up
to 384-well plates may be inserted into the MicroMax 384, with a rapid scan speed.
Various scan types are possible:
Single-Point Analysis
Emission
Synchronous
Signals are transmitted between the FluoroMax
bundle.
Excitation
Time-Based
Multigroup

Caution:
Intense ultraviolet, visible, or infrared light may
be present when the sample compartment is open. Do
not aim fiber-optic bundles onto the skin or eyes. Use
extreme caution with the fiber-optic probes.
Caution:
Always read the Material Safety Data Sheet
(MSDS) to understand the hazards of handling your
sample.
