3D Scan to 3D Profile button

The 3D Scan to 3D Profile button extracts emission profiles from an excitation-
emission matrix.

Open excitation-emission matrix data.

Click the 3D Scan to 3D Profile button in the
toolbar.
The Profiles window appears.

Grab and move the emission and excitation pro-
file lines to see the profiles above and to the
right of the data-matrix.
The Z-Value field shows the intensity where the excitation and emission pro-
files intersect.
