When all necessary detectors have an associat-
ed correction-factor file, click the OK button.

Reinitialize the instrument and software.

The new correction-factor files are now ready to be activated in the Experiment
Setup window, under the Detectors icon:
Then, in the File column, browse for the appropriate correction-factor
file.
In the FluorEssence™ toolbar, choose Collect.
In the drop-down menu, choose Advanced Setup.
In the drop-down menu, choose System ReInitialization.
