SNMP Engine ID Local Settings

The Engine ID is a unique identifier used for SNMP V3 implementations on the Switch.
To view the following window, click Management > SNMP > SNMP Engine ID Local Settings, as shown
below:
The fields that can be configured in SNMP Engine ID Local Settings are described below:
Parameter
Engine ID
Click the Default button to revert the engine ID to the default.
Click the Apply button to accept the changes made.

SNMP User Table Settings

This window is used to configure and display the SNMP users that are currently configured on the Switch.
To view the following window, click Management > SNMP > SNMP User Table Settings, as shown
below:
The fields that can be configured in SNMP User Settings are described below:
Parameter
User Name
Group Name

Description
Enter the engine ID string with the maximum of 24 characters.

Enter an alphanumeric string of up to 32 characters. This is used to
identify the SNMP users.
Enter the SNMP group name to which the user belongs. The syntax is
general string that does not allow spaces.
