NOTICE
A missing thrust washer will cause a
leaking rotary seal.

1. Water pump gear
2. Needle pin
3. Thrust washer
NOTE: Ensure water pump gear snaps properly
onto needle pin.
Install NEW circlip to retain water pump gear.
NOTICE
Never use the circlip a second time.
Always install a NEW one.

Water Pump Intermediate Drive Gear
Install the following parts on water pump interme-
diate shaft.
– Needle pin
– Water pump intermediate drive gear.
Install NEW circlip to retain water pump interme-
diate drive gear.
NOTICE
Never use the circlip a second time.
Always install a NEW one.
