"D" indicates the number of days (D=1–367). If the number of days is 0, (D) is not displayed.

Reports can be outputted in the following 3 ways.
Graph: Click the Graph button to display the report in graph form on the ACD Report - Group
Graph screen. Click the Print button to print the graph.
Export: Click the Export button to output the report to a local PC as a file.
Print: Click the Print button to print the report.

Click the Close button to close the ACD Report - Group Report screen.
