Reset-set with memory function block RSMEMORY

Identification
Function description
Reset-set with memory function block
Functionality
The Reset-set with memory function block (RSMEMORY) is a flip-flop with memory
that can reset or set an output from two inputs respectively. Each RSMEMORY function
block has two outputs, where one is inverted. The memory setting controls if the flip-flop
after a power interruption will return the state it had before or if it will be reset. For a Reset-
Set flip-flop, RESET input has higher priority over SET input.
