Replacing the fans

Qualified personnel
Fans must only be replaced by qualified personnel.
The DC link capacitors continue to carry dangerous voltage levels following disconnection.
For this reason, the device should not be opened until a reasonable period of time has
elapsed.
Failure to observe this warning information can result in death, serious injury, or extensive
material damage.
The recommendation to replace the fans is indicated by the alarm in Chapter Device fan
(Page 243).
The individual fans cannot be replaced. The entire fan unit must always be replaced. The fan
unit for the 30 kW device contains 4 fans; the fan unit for the 120 kW device contains 3 fans.
