The BICO parameter interconnection can be implemented in different command data sets
(CDS). The different interconnections are activated by switching data sets. Interconnections
across drive objects are also possible.
Note
Please observe the following points when transferring process data from a SINAMICS DCP
to a higher-level controller via PROFIBUS or PROFINET:
The parameter values are scaled as follows during transfer via the PZD interface (see
function diagram 2460 and 2470):
+100% is mapped to: 0x4000 (=+16384)
0% is mapped to: 0x0000 (=0)
-100% is mapped to: 0xC000 (=-16384)
Values above 199.99% are transferred as +32767.
Values below -200% are transferred as -32768.
For parameters that display currents, the following applies: 100% ... device rated current
For parameters that indicate voltages, the following applies: 100% ... device rated voltage
For parameters that indicate temperatures, the following applies: 100% ... 100°C
Example: Interconnecting digital signals
A drive is to be traversed via terminals DI 0 and DI 3 on the CUD with ON/OFF1 and "Enable
operation".
