The current switching frequency is displayed in parameter r55325.
Actual value acquisition
See function diagram 6850 in the SINAMICS DCP List Manual.
The actual value acquisition provides all the actual values required for the closed-loop
control.
The most important values are available as BICO in standardized representation and also as
display parameters in physical units.
Basic information about current actual values:
The current actual value acquisition in the SINAMICS DCP acquires the reactor current. The
reactor is an energy store that takes the current from one voltage level to another. The
reactor current is always the current that flows on the side with the lower voltage. A lower
current flows on the side with the higher voltage.
Actual value - local adjustment:
The voltage and current actual values can be adjusted in situ, if necessary.
In this way, the voltage and current values that the DCP displays (r55503, r55504, r55520,
etc.) can be adjusted so that they correspond to externally measured values.
Each of these actual values can be adjusted via 2 parameters:
● Voltage actual values
– p55545[0..1] offset (+/- 5.00 %)
– p55546[0..1] gain (+/- 5.00 %)
● Current actual value, averaged:
– p55525 offset (+/- 5.00 %)
– p55526 gain (+/- 5.00 %)
Note
The in-plant calibration always remains effective. The parameterized adjustment is added.
Note
The precision of the factory actual value acquisition is only valid if all adjustment parameters
are set to 0.00 %.
