1. Remove the return manifold by loosening
b o t h retaining nuts.
2. Remove the fuel delivery pipe f r o m the
pressure pump to the rail pipe.
3. Disconnect the electrical c o n n e c t i o n from
the fuel pressure sensor
4. Unscrew the remaining nut securing the
rail and remove.
NOTE To refit, carry out removal
in reverse order. Tighten the fittings ot
pipes between
injectors and of the fuel delivery pipe
from the pressure pump to the speci-
fied torque of 2 daNm.
