Removing - refitting radiator

REMOVING - R E F I T T I N G RADIATOR

Place the vehicle on a lift, remove the front

wheels, disconnect the battery negative ter-

minal and then proceed as follows.

1. Unscrew the retaining bolts s h o w n and

remove the air intake illustrated.

Position a container to collect the coolant

and then disconnect the pipes s h o w n to

drain the coolant.

3. Disconnect

the fan and thermostatic

switch electrical connections.

4. Unscrew the bolts retaining the fan to the

radiator (indicated in figure) and then re-

move the fan.
