You can execute the command before the VLAN is created, but you must enter the
command in Interface VLAN mode.
Example
switchxxxxxx(config)# interface vlan 1
switchxxxxxx(config-if)# ip igmp robustness 3

38.13 ip igmp query-interval

Use the ip igmp query-interval Interface Configuration (VLAN) mode command to
configure the Query interval on a VLAN. Use the no format of the command to
return to default.
Syntax
ip igmp query-interval
no ip igmp query-interval
Parameters
seconds—Frequency, in seconds, at which IGMP query messages are sent on the
interface. (Range: 30–18000)
