Use the ipv6 nd ns-interval command in Interface Configuration mode to set the interval
between router advertisements for advertised neighbor solicitations. An advertised value of 0
means the interval is unspecified.

Use the ipv6 nd other-config-flag command in Interface Configuration mode to set the "other
stateful configuration" flag in router advertisements sent from the interface.
