distribute-list out

Use the distribute-list out command in Router RIP Configuration mode to specify the access
list to filter routes received from the source protocol. Use the no form of the command to
remove the access list from the specified source protocol.
Syntax
distribute-list
no distribute-list
accesslistname — The name used to identify the existing ACL. The range is 1-31 characters.

• ospf — Apply the specific access list when OSPF is the source protocol.
• static — Apply the specified access list when packets come through a static route.
• connected — Apply the specified access list when packets come from a directly connected
route.
