Step 18. Stop the Multimedia services
Before you run the conversion from the Symposium Web Center Portal 4.0, you
must stop the services
Stopping the services

On the Windows Start menu, click All Programs > Nortel Contact Center
> Multimedia Server > CCMM Services Control.
Result: The CCMM Service Control window appears.

Under CCMM OAM Service, click Stop.

Under CCMM Outbound Scheduler Service, click Stop.

Under CCMM Manager Client Service, click Stop.
5
Under CCMM Email Manager Service, click Stop.
6
Close the CMM Service Control window.
