Install the Web server software
Use the following steps to install the external Web server software on your
development Web server.
1
Log on to the external Web server using the Local Administrator user ID
and password.

Download the external Web CI server software from www.nortel.com.
3
Double-click setup.exe.
Result: A Contact Center Welcome screen appears.
