Function name

Rotation speed measurement function
In this mode, the ON width or OFF width of pulses
input to the function input terminal or latch counter
input terminal is measured.
Pulse measurement function
In this mode, the PWM waveform of 200kHz at a
maximum is output from any coincidence output 1
to 4 terminals (EQU1 to EQU4).
