• Bits 0 to 15: Minor revision number of device
• Bits 16 to 31: Major revision number of device
• For sub-index 4 (Serial Number), the serial number given to each product is indicated.
• In unit version Ver.1.0, the serial number is always indicated as 00000000 hex.
