ON : Ready
• Goes ON when sampling trace is ready
• Trace is started when this relay switches ON.
• Trace is suspended when this relay switches OFF.

ON : Start
• Sampling trace started when this goes ON
• Suspended when OFF (Related special M all OFF)
• Switches ON during execution of trace.
OFF : Suspend
