(c) High speed interrupt program execution
Remark
This function is executed when the following conditions are all satisfied.
• When the EI instruction is being executed
• When the CPU module is in the RUN status
• When I49 is not masked by the IMASK instruction
By default, I49 is not masked by the IMASK instruction.
