Setting the Coax option as host interface

Make sure that the relevant XES parameters have been correctly
set.
Remember that you must use the XES emulation with the
Coax option.
Refer to "Setting XES parameters for XCTO"
section.
Use the following buttons at the printer control panel to set the
Coax option as the host interface:

1. Press the Online button to take the printer off line.

2. Immediately press and release the Menu button to display
the first Main Menu heading in the top level menu.
display reads:

3. Press the Last Page button until the display reads:
MAIN MENU
HOST INTERFACE
B
4. Press the Test button to display the available host interface
headings. The display reads:
HOST INTERFACE
SERIAL*
C
5. Press the Last Page button until the display reads:
HOST INTERFACE
IBM COAX/TWINAX*
D
6. Press the Select button to select the Coax option interface.
An asterisk appears next to your selection.
