Follow these steps to access the Consumables Menu:
D 1. Press and release
Consumable Menu.
C 2. Press the Last Page button.

C 3. Press the Last Page button again after the last item is
displayed to return to the READY status.
The following status messages are displayed at the Consumables
Menu.
Reorder Cartridges (A, B, or C)
When this message is displayed, one of the consumable
cartridges is nearing the end of its service life. The cartridges are
as follows:
Cartridge A: Print cartridge

Cartridge B: Toner cartridge
•
Cartridge C: Developer cartridge.
•
The message display reads:
CONSUMABLES MENU
REORDER CART A (B, C)
Insert Tray (1 or 2)
When this message is displayed, the currently selected feed tray
is not in the proper tray slot. The following trays are :
Tray 1: Upper paper tray
•
Tray 2: Lower paper tray.
•
The message display reads:
