LJ2D emulation items

To reset the emulation configuration back to the previously saved
default settings, access the Reset Menu and use the following
buttons:
H 1. Press the Online button to take the printer off line.

Note: Emulation Reset on the 4213 and the HPIID are the same,
with one exception.
