Setting a Menu
Option
1-10 System Administrator Guide
To set an option or to invoke a function, follow the steps
below:
1 Press Menu Up or Menu Down to scroll through the
available submenus until you locate the one you want.
You will see:
Menus
Menu Name
where Menu Name is the current submenu displayed.
2 Press Item Up or Item Down to scroll through the items
of the submenu (all submenus except the Password
Menu).
You will see:
Menu Name
Item Name
where Item Name is the current item displayed. For the
Job, Print, Service and Reset (with the exception of the
Language option) Menus, the bottom line of the display
indicates the action to be taken (e.g., Config. Sheet or PCL
Font List).
