Check all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual items listed above.
Check specific gravity, electrolyte level, and on-
charge voltage (See Section 22).
Check for proper operation (See Performance Inspec-
tion, Page 3-2). Check brake pedal free play. Clean,
and adjust as necessary (See Section 6).
Check brake shoes, replace if necessary.
Lubricate slide plates with graphite (See Section 7).
Check for cracked or worn insulation.
Check condition of contacts and wire connections;
Make sure connections are tight.
Check and adjust as required (See Section 8, Page 8-
18).
Lubricate per Electric Vehicle Lubrication Chart on
Page 4-3.
Check for proper operation (See Performance Inspec-
tion, Section 3, Page 2).
Wiper switch type only: Remove cover and check
contacts for burns, excessive heat, or arcing; check
brush for wear.
Perform discharge test (See Section 22, Page 13).
Check motor brushes; replace as necessary (See
Section 24).
Check front wheels for free play. Inspect and replace
or repack wheel bearings with chassis lube as neces-
sary (See Section 8, Page 8-25).
Check/fill transaxle to plug level (See Electric Vehicle
Lubrication Chart on Page 4-3).
Lubricate per Electric Vehicle Lubrication Chart
on Page 4-3.
