POSSIBLE CAUSES
1) Loose terminals or corrosion. Test Procedure 1 and Batter-

3) Batteries failed.
4) Batteries not fully charged.
1) Accelerator rod is improperly
adjusted.
1) Loose wires.
2) Worn or misaligned brushes.
3) Dirty or rough commutator.
1) Dragging brakes.
1) Under-inflated or flat tires.
1) Solenoid contacts are
welded closed.
1) V-Glide wiper switch is
wired wrong.
2) Accelerator Pedal limit switch
failed in the closed position.
1) Accelerator rod is bent or
improperly adjusted.
1) Wiper switch brush or accel-
erator pedal is stuck.
2) Wiper switch is improperly
adjusted.

Broken 6 gauge green wire.

Dirty or corroded contacts on
the F&R switch.
1) Improperly wired
1) Loose wires at receptacle,
batteries, or F&R switch.
2) Improper engagement of
charger plug and receptacle.
1) Fuse is blown.

age.
2) Charger output is low.
