8. Remove carburetor (4) along with throttle spring (8) and throttle spring bracket (23) (Figure 13-6).
9. Remove muffler (See Exhaust System - Section 15).
10. If the engine is to be totally disassembled, drain oil and remove the oil filter. If only the cylinder head is
to disassembled, proceed without draining the oil or removing the oil filter.
