Charge batteries.
Check for proper operation (See Performance Inspec-
tion, Page 3-2). Adjust as necessary.
Check for damage and snug fit.
Check for proper operation (See Section 6). Adjust as
necessary.
Check for proper operation (See NOTE, Section 3,
Page 4).
Check for proper operation (See Section 8).
Check for wear and damage.
Make sure all are in place (See Electric Vehicle Fea-
ture Identification, DS Owner's Manual).
Clean terminals and wash dirt from casing, check
electrolyte level (See Section 22, Page 6).
Check for tightness and damage.
Check for loose hardware and tighten
as required.
Check maximum speed of vehicle. Maximum vehicle
speed should be 12-15 mph (19-24 kph).
Wash battery tops with baking soda/water solution.
Check for proper operation (See Performance Inspec-
tion, Page 3-2). Check brake pedal free play. Adjust
as necessary (See Section 6).
Check brake cables for damage and replace as
required.
Check for wear and damage.
Check air pressure and adjust as necessary
(See Vehicle Capacities Chart on Page 4-4).
Check for cracks or other damage; make sure switch
is securely fastened to frame.
Check for proper operation, adjust as necessary
(See Section 6).
Lubricate per Electric Vehicle Lubrication Chart on
Page 4-3.
