• A POWERDRIVE SYSTEM 48 VEHICLE WILL NOT OPERATE WHILE PLUGGED TO A
CHARGER.
9. If PowerDrive System 48 and PowerDrive Plus vehicles cannot be connected to a charger during stor-
age, disconnect the batteries as shown (Figure 3-13).
TO RETURN THE STORED VEHICLE TO SERVICE:
1. Fully charge the batteries (See Battery Charging, Section 22, Page 7).
NOTE
• POWERDRIVE SYSTEM 48 VEHICLES WILL NOT REQUIRE CHARGING IF THEY REMAINED
PLUGGED IN DURING STORAGE.
2. Readjust tire pressure to 18-20 psi.
3. Perform the Pre-Operation Checklist (See Pages 3-2 and 3-3).
