3. Wind the hook end of the cable
around the pulley five turns counter-
clockwise, from the front toward the
rear side.
NOTE
• Make sure that no part of the cable
rides on the other.

the pulley to secure the cable in posi-

5. Position the round bead [4] of the
Scanner Drive Cable in the pulley [5]
as shown.

• Make sure that the bead snugly
rests in the slit in the pulley.

around the pulley five turns clock-
wise, from the front toward the rear
side.
