Only endpoints that connect at a Line Rate of 1024 kbps that is required to support a Content Rate
of 384 kbps will receive content in the Content channel. Endpoints that connect to the conference
at a line rate lower than 1024 kbps, will receive content in the video channel will not receive
content.
