If no DSS is attached:

If DSS is attached:
Toggle the red LED on or
off as required. Go to Step 6.
On = HotLine is enabled.
Off = HotLine is disabled.
You may continue to assign or remove HotLine
operation from additional extensions by
repeating Steps 4 and 5.
