10 Restoring the factory settings
If devices are removed from the system or you want to restore the factory settings, it is necessary to make
a restore to the factory settings, or easier factory reset.
10.1 Factory reset of MAX, VOG
To perform the factory reset it is first necessary to access the settings menu.
Select the "Maintenance" option, then "Factory Reset". After entering the administrator password (or
Urmet password if the system is not locked), the MAX video door phone will start the factory reset process
and restart.
After a factory reset, if the device is connected to a router with a DHCP server and is not configured,
the time zone may be different from that expected.
