How to turn off the screen To turn off the screen press the centre button of the 1717/31 or /33 Monitor.

Ambient listening can only be stopped by the switchboard operator and can continue without any time limits.

The application turns the device into an advanced video door phone terminal. How to answer an external call When the monitor receives an outdoor door phone video call, it rings and the screen lights up from its default switched-off state.

The icon is only displayed if the IPerVoice system includes a correctly programmed special decoding function (for more information, check the IPerVoice manual on www.urmet.com).

The on-screen image of the switchboard operator will only be displayed after the call has been answered (if the switchboard is equipped with a camera).
