7.1.12 Setting of call forwarding in IPerCom system not in IPerCloud mode
The call forwarding function allows receiving a call from
Entry panel 1060/33-34-71-74-75-78,
Entry panel 1060/21,
Call module 1060/12-13-17-18-23,
Modular Entry Panel with 1060/48,
Private Call Module 1060/22,
Switchboard,
on one or more smartphones/tablets in addition to those in the apartment.
The function is also available if:
the call from a calling station is directed to a specific apartment station;
the call to another apartment or to an individual apartment station in the apartment comes from
an apartment station.
The call forwarding function can be configured in 2 ways:
through the support of the CallMe Manager app (Urmet Cloud authentication via IPerCom Installer
Tools is mandatory);
without the support of the CallMe Manager app.
To configure the call forwarding function with the CallMe Manager app, it is necessary to enable the
relevant item via the IPerCom Installer Tools configurator, the default value of which is disabled (see the
Call Forwarding Settings
CallMe Manager app support is useful by useful for medium-large system/house topologies where the
figure of the building manager is generally required, that is "Single Stair", "Multiple Stairs" and "Multi
Block". The IPerCom Installer Tools allows choosing one of the 3 system topologies listed above and allows
enabling the CallMe Manager app support if a building manager is present. In the latter case, follow what is

In apartments with Audio Apartment stations 1160/3 only, the call forwarding function can only be
enabled via CallMe Manager support.
If an IPerCom system with the call forwarding function already configured is updated to version
2.1.0 or higher, in order to take advantage of the new features of the function it is necessary:
scan the QR code on the letter sent by the administrator if CallMe Manager is being used;
scan the QR Code in the video door phone setting menu if CallMe Manager is not being used (for
further information please refer to the function configuration paragraph).
