Configuring the Connection Mode of an Ethernet Port

This feature is supported on the internal 10GE ports.
When configuring an OAA application, to ensure the normal communication between the device and the
OAP card, you need to set the connection mode of the 10 GE ports connecting the device and the card
to extended.
