11) Cooling Water Check Port

Check that water is discharged from the cooling water
check port 1 .

12) Idling

After the engine has warmed up, use a tachometer to
check that the idle revolution speed is as specified.

13) Propeller Selection

Selecting a wrong propeller may cause
a d v e r s e e f f e c t s o n t h e e n g i n e l i f e ,
fuel consumption, etc. as well as the
performance.
Select a propeller that is best-suited to type of boat and
application.
Fully Open Operating RPM Range:
RPM MFS 25D: 5000 to 6000 min
MFS 30D: 5500 to 6500 min
