Check the check valve and valve of the tilt rod assy 1 for

23) Installation of PT Pump and Motor

Sandwich the PT unit 1 from both sides with wood or

Install the valve 2 and PT pump assy 3, and tighten the

bolt 4 to the specified torque.
PT Pump Bolt:
5 N · m (4 lb · ft) [0.5 kgf · m]
Install the manual valve 5 and tighten to the specified

torque.
Manual Valve:
1.8 N · m (1.4 lb · ft) [0.18 kgf · m]
4. As shown in the diagram, supply PT fluid to near the upper
surface of the pump chamber.
Recommended PT Fluid:
OIL
