3) Inspection of Valve Clearance
1. Refer to "Inspection and Adjustment of Valve Clearance" in
Chapter 3.
Valve Clearance (when engine is cold):
Intake Side: 0.10–0.15 mm (0.0040–0.0060 in)
Exhaust Side: 0.20–0.24 mm (0.0080–0.0095 in)
4) Removal of Power Unit
1. Remove the oil level gauge 1 .
2. Remove the apron 2 .
3. Remove the cover 3 .
4. Remove the shift lever rod 4 (Basic Tiller Model) and shift
rod 5 .
