6) Assembly of Drive Shaft Housing

Install the water pipe seal 1 onto the water pipe, and the

Do not apply grease when installing the water
pipe seal onto the water pipe.
Tighten the bolt 2 and secure the water pipe.

Attach the new gasket 3, plate 4, and idle exhaust port

cover 5, and tighten the idle exhaust port cover bolts in
the order shown in the diagram.
Apply screw locking agent (ThreeBond 1342) to
the bolts.
Idle Exhaust Cover Bolt:
6 N · m (4 lb · ft) [0.6 kgf · m]
