contact, and ground lead wire
securing bolt for looseness or
disconnection.

Check throttle position sensor
and ISC valve connectors for
connections.
Normal?
Check throttle valve for bend,
and shaft if it is seized.
Normal?
Check compression pressure.
Normal?
