Copying a Group to Create a New Group

If you want to create a group that is similar to an existing group, you can start by copying
that group, and then making adjustments to the permissions.
To copy a group and create a new group
1.
From the menu bar, choose Users > Groups.

In the Groups list, click locate the group you want to make a copy of and click the
Group
link in the
View

Scroll to the bottom of the group form and click
A copy of the group is created, with "Copy of" appended to the end of the name in
the list of groups.
4.
In the list of user groups, click the newly created copy to open it.
5.
In the User Group form, change the group name and description, and then make
any adjustments to the capabilities to be associated with this group. (For details

When you are finished, click
the new name and permissions.
You will see the new group name listed in the Groups list. You can now assign
users to this new group.
